Yes, it’s possible! At 1500m above sea level a 250m² dream home in Hochfügen, well deservedly know as the snowy jewel of the Zillertal, due to the good snow records. So, a secret with 166km of the best prepared pistes, 40 modern lifts, snowmaking facilities throughout the area, a night ski piste, a floodlit tobogan track, a langlauf track and numerous snow covered winter walking paths. In addition, the ski area is considered to be an off piste paradise.
Those looking for nightlife and apres ski would be coming to the wrong place. Although perfect for those people looking to be able to relax on their own terrace, which in fine weather can be in the open air and in snowy weather can be closed in with big glass windows.
The whirlpool is situated behind opening glass panels to allow you to enjoy the experience either in the open air or protected from the elements with a full view of the extraordinary mountain landscape. If, after skiing, the in-house fitness room is not appealing, then there is also the sauna, infra red cabin or the Swedish oven to help you relax or you can rest on the sun deck while watching the sunset then at the end of the evening, a moonlit tobogan tour starting directly in front of the door.
The luxury apartment was finished in December 2009. Situated in an excellent location with many architecturally interesting features, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), another large bathroom with 2 sinks/ bath/ shower/ bidet/ toilet, 2 additional toilets, one of which is directly accessible from the piste. The amazing 180˚ panorama view can be enjoyed while relaxing with a cup of Nespresso. The living room and dining area lead directly into the „relaxation room“, equipped with Sauna/Sanarium cabin and relax shower, a whirlpool made from larch wood, comfortable recliners and toilet facilites. The vast glass front can be opened up to provide access to a beautiful sun terrace with modern patio furniture.
From the terraces and balconies, spread over two floors, the chalet offers a 270˚ view of the breathtaking Hochfügen mountain scenery.
